In the office space, around 42.1 mn sq. ft leasing was witnessed in the nine months of 2022, a rise of almost 66 percent Y-o-Y and a total supply addition of 35.6 mn sq. ft. Leasing was led by cities such as Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi-NCR, which together accounted for a share of 65 percent in Q3 2022.
